Ranch stays begin in Mid-May and continue through the end of September (contact us for special dates).

All stays are 7 days, 6 nights

Check in Sunday at 4pm, check out Saturday at 11am.

Rates

Rates vary based on accommodations, view LODGING for specific options and rates.

Gratuity not included in rates but consider 15-20% of total stay.

Rate does not include MT room tax.

Acceptable forms of payment include cash, check, Venmo, money order, Visa or Mastercard.

A 3% fee will be added when paying with credit card.

Reservations

50% non-refundable deposit required to reserve your stay.

Remaining balance and taxes due prior to checkout.

Returning guests enjoy a 5% discount at the time of booking.
Cancellation

If cancellation is made prior to January 1 of the trip year, receive 50% of deposit back

If cancellation is made after January 1 of the trip year, deposit will be forfeited
Arrival and Transportation

Great Falls, MT has the nearest airport 1 ½ hours from the ranch.

We offer a complimentary shuttle to and from Great Falls airport, communicate when making reservations to set a shuttle schedule.

Personal cars and rental cars are welcome at the ranch if you would like to drive yourself.
